This was our teams first time building our new May River floor plan, and to say we’re in love with how it turned out would be an understatement. This isn’t your typical fully, open-concept floor plan that you see in 2021. We actually wanted to create something that consisted of slightly more closed-off, intimate rooms to feel more cozy.  Every corner of this home is filled with character and charm—a nod to Lowcountry . This house was actually a spec home that turned custom at framing. It’s always fun to present clients our original design plans and transform our vision into something that feels like home to them. Our clients were looking for a home that felt fresh and clean with little to no fuss. Working with a palette of whites, brass, blue and Pecky cypress—another first for our team—we were able to create a serene space to call home.
